The Nano Puff Vest was built for climbers who needed synthetic insulation that could take a beating, pack down small, and stay warm even soaking wet — and it's been earning fans in every outdoor discipline ever since. Built with 60-g PrimaLoft® Gold 100% postconsumer recycled polyester insulation made with P.U.R.E.® (Produced Using Reduced Emissions) technology and a 100% recycled polyester ripstop shell with PFAS-free DWR, it's as clean a conscience as you can buy at this price point.

The improved shoulder and armhole fit give you genuine mobility — important whether you're reaching for holds, rowing a drift boat, or just trying to get your fly line back after a tangle. Slightly narrower fit and a longer body length mean it layers without bunching. The internal chest pocket stuffs the whole vest down to near-nothing for pack or wader pocket storage. Made in a Fair Trade Certified™ factory.
