Core C1180 Dry and Light Nymph Hook

A traditional wide-gape style hook for dry flies and lighter nymph patterns, the Core C1180 earns its place on the tying bench by covering both sides of the surface. Whether you’re replenishing your favourite dries or putting together a few light nymphs, it gives you a versatile foundation without changing hook styles between every batch.

Set out your feathers and dubbing, pour a coffee, and turn an evening at the vise into a better-stocked fly box. The classic bronze finish, chemically sharpened point and small barb keep the essentials straightforward. Tie the patterns you trust, then leave a little room for that new idea you’ve been meaning to try.
