Core C1150 Emerger Hook
A curved dry fly hook for emerger patterns, the Core C1150 is a practical starting point for flies that imitate insects making their transition to the surface. Its curved profile gives you a foundation for shaping those emerger bodies, ready for your favourite combination of dubbing, shuck and wing materials.
When the fly box needs a few more options for picky risers, settle in under the warm glow of your tying lamp and put a handful of C1150s to work. A classic bronze finish, chemically sharpened point and small barb keep the essentials covered. With 25 hooks per pack, you can replenish the proven patterns and still leave room for the one you’re convinced will work next time.
